The two Gardeners
In a small village, two gardeners, Kano and Kayi, took care of their gardens. Kano's garden flourished with vibrant plants, while Kayi's struggled despite his hard work.
Kayi became increasingly envious of Kano's success. One night, anger took over, and Kayi burned down Kano's garden, destroying all his crops.
Kano was heartbroken and cried for days over his lost garden. Unable to fulfill his customers' orders, he approached them and promised to repay them. Instead of being angry, his customers offered him help and advice, suggesting he build a secure fence for his garden.
As Kano's garden recovered and became even better than before, Kayi's jealousy grew. His attempt to sabotage Kano only made Kano more skilled.
A year later, seeing Kano's success deepened Kayi's despair. In a desperate move, Kayi lied to the village chief, claiming that Kano's land belonged to his ancestors.
The wise chief rejected Kayi's false claim and told him:
"Learn to accept being outdone and learn from others. Envy and deceit only harm yourself. True growth comes from being humble and working hard."
Moral trail - what the story teaches us about:

May God’s favor rest upon you.
